Export a list of data source TABLES from a dataset

I have multiple pBI reports created and I want to list all the data sources, tables and queries I use in my pBI reports, how can I do this?

Thank you for your response. I have done the work as you have forwarded, but I have many reports and querying can be done for a single report here.
