Expend to columns a column that in each of its cells is a table

Hello,

I've got in my table a column that in each of its cells is a table with 5 similar columns.. I want to expned this column, so that these 5 inner coulns join the main table columns, and the value in each cell is what was a row in the inner table. (i.e “flatten” the table in each cell so they are records, than expand the column).
