An integer type field is displaying the following error when placed in a table of information from different tables:

Did you edit interactions for the visuals as following first screenshot? If yes, try to change it back as the second screenshot.

Do you mean that “Empenho_NR_Resto” and “Sigla Orgao Resto” are two columns from different tables? In your screenshot, the slicer seems not has effect on the Table visual. What should be the correct result here? Is there any relationship between these two tables?

Yes they are information from the same table, the problem is that the same field being filtered, when displayed in a report pushes different information and I'm not understanding why
Not sure if this is helpful but I'm having a hard time understanding your problem.
A slicer will give you the distinct values in a column by which you can slice/filter your visuals. The column that is being shown in your table will aggregate the data in that field, so for example, it might be giving you the count of records with that value. I'm not sure why your slicer doesn't seem to be filtering the table. Can you provide some sample data and PBIX?
