Hi all,
Haven't been able to work this out. I keep getting the below error.
I am trying to connect to my sharepoint. I had no trouble with this earlier in the year, but has suddenly happened. It doesn't matter if I'm trying to open a new one or previously made one.
I tried uninstalling and downloading the newest PBI version and still get the error.
My Microsoft password hasn't changed.
Not sure what else to try.
Any help is appreciated!

Did you try Microsoft Account authentification instead o windows? Typically you authorize to shrepoints using Microsoft account authentification.

I did last week and was still having issues. I tried today, and it worked of course!!
I have tried Microsoft Account. It does not work. It says you are already signed in and still shows the same 'We couldn't authenticate...'. One minute the connection works fine and the next it stops working and then all the sudden it connects again.
