End of month open tickets

Hi,

As per the following post,the solution to works really well for all months.whereas,i want to restrict showing the EOMOpen only until current month.Currently data is being shown for all dates upto 2050 that i have populated in date dimension.Can anyone please point out what has to be changed so it sows data only until current month,say March2019 now.
