Hello everyone
I was asigned by my manager (in a call center) to create a dashboard where we could monitor the total time agents spent on specific status such as ToiletTime, CallTime, WaitingTime, LunchTime, etc. Besides that we want to know if they are taking those status according to the scheduled hours they have. Let me share data so you can understand better
I need something similar like that, so I can track if they overpass their time and by when,
And also if they put themselves on break or lunch on time, earlier or later than scheduled.
I know its kinda complicated, I hope you can give me and answer because power BI doesnt let me do calculations with time properly

In your sample data, there is no Schedule Time. And can you please tell us the time range of each Status Time for pic 1? How to define the Status Time?
