Embedding Copilot in Power BI report

Is there a way to embed the generic Copilot/CharGPT in a Power BI report.
I want to have a report in which users can ask questions not necessary related to the data in the Power BI report.

Yes that is to ask questions related to the data in the report. I am looking for the ability to ask questions based on data from the Web/Internet
