Dynamic Sales Target based on number of days in Current month.

Hi Expert

See attached sample data file.

Need a measure that divide's the total target in the month (as per sample data) by the number of days in that month and then multiple by the number of days that have past
Measure = (3,344,794/31)*16

31 days in April  and we are in Days 16 of the month.

Measure has to be dynamic for different days in each month over the year.
