Dynamic Gauge Target Value based on Staff Member and Initiative Type

I have a report I am building to measure staff performance across a number of marketing initiatives. I would like to use the Gauge Visualisation to show how a given staff member is tracking for a given initiative (for example event attendance, client meeting, webinar etc.).

I have 2 slicers on the report - Staff Name & Initiative Type. Each Initiative Type has it's own target (ie. event attendance: 2, webinar:1, client meeting: 100).

I can easily display the number of initiatives already achieved for each staff member, however am having trouble implementing the dynamic target for each of those initiatives.

Please help!

@safriguy

You need to create a measure based on your logic that defines the dynamic target and drag and drop in the TArget section.

Please share the target logic.

Hi @Fowmy. Can you provide some more information.

@safriguy

Can you share a PBIX file with sample data? You can replace actual numbers with dummy numbers.

Save the file in OneDrive or any other location and share the link.
