Duplicate 'Calculated Measure' not returning the result

Hello,

i have created a calculated measure which highlights some values based on a predefined condition for another (measure1). This is working fine.
Now, I have created a same measure which will do same work on a (measure2). But it is not returning the result. Also there are no errors in the created measure.
The measures 1 & 2 are created based on data from same table.

What is the problem that I am not getting the same result on measure2?

Need help to understand this.

How exactly do you expect anyone to help if you provide no information whatsoever?

Ideally share the pbix. If not possible, provide at least the code for your measures, how/where you are using them, what their behaviour is vs expected and the tables in your data model that the measures involve.
