Hi All,
I noticed that the non-new merge (Outer Join) copies the columns into an exisiting table.
I am wondering if for example I merge say car model information with sales and later new models become available does the merged model infomation get updated? So new sales of a new car get the model information? Or if I add old models info does that get updated?
Just Curious.

@Anonymous ,
You have to keep it, once you remove every dependency will fail.

Hi @Anonymous ,
When you merge tables, every refresh updates your data.
Just note that when you merge tables it's the same as JOIN in SQL, you have to be careful to choose which merge you get.
Every refresh gets data from your datasource e recreate a table.

@Anonymous , Not sure I got it

Ok,
Can we remove the table the car model data came from? Or do we need to keep that master table because the updates to the merged info will come via changes to the master table?
Thanks,
-Tony
