I have in one column 3 statements: Enabled, Never Logged In and Not Activated.
I need to create a formula that let me divide: Enabled/(Enabled+Never Logged In + Not Activated).

Add below measure into a card visual.
percentage = DIVIDE ( COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( Table5 ), Table5[Statement] = "Enabled" ) ), COUNTROWS ( ALLSELECTED ( Table5 ) ) )

You should use the safe divide function
= DIVIDE(Enabled,(Enabled+Never Logged In + Not Activated))
And should I put the nable of the table and column?
