Hi,
Actually I have a measure which is this:
Operational Utilization = (SUMX('Hours Table', IF('Hours Table'[Utilization] IN {"SALES"},'Hours Table'[Posted Hours], BLANK()))) / SUM('Hours Table'[Posted Hours])
Which is basically calculating a percentage value.
I could use the result to visualize it in a graph like this way:
However I would like to display those data labels as a percentage format "##.##%".
I created another same measure but formatting it to percentage this way:
Operational Utilization Formatted = FORMAT((SUMX('Hours Table', IF('Hours Table'[Utilization] IN {"SALES"},'Hours Table'[Posted Hours], BLANK()))) / SUM('Hours Table'[Posted Hours]),"00.00%")
If I enter that measure in a data card it displays the correct result in percent format. but If I try to enter that value in a values field in the line chart I can't.
Don't know what it is... maybe the formatting way I'm using ended up converting the value to a string and the chart doesn't receive those formates in the values field.
Please help.

@Anonymous you don't to format is manually, change select the measure and on measure tools, change it to %
