Display top 10 account and sum of it

Hi,

 

I have a visulization table with

 

Account, TER_FYTD_USD,

 

would like to diplay only top 10 accounts basis of TER_FYTD_USD value.

 

how do i achieve this?

Hi vjnvinod,

 

I'ts very simple. 

 

In the visual level filter you have to select TopN as in the image below and drag the filed TER_FYTD_USD, in my case is count of nº r..., then select de number of top you want to visualice and select apply.

The Top N Filter may not be available. If not, you will need to create a RANK of the value.

 

AAARANK = RANKX (
ALLSELECTED ( EnterTableName[Account] ),
CALCULATE ( SUM ( EnterTableName[TER_FYTD_USD] )))

 

This will assign 1 to the highest value so you can filter by the rank >= 10

Oh, if you want to sort by Rank you may need to bring the rank into the table. I hate it that the Sort by Column will not include measures.
