Hi @Charlie_zhuang ,

You can either Remove a visual from the phone layout or Remove all visualizations. For your requirement, you can remove all visualizations and save the report. When you reopen the Power BI phone app, the phone layout will disappear.

Hi @Charlie_zhuang ,

You can just delete the phone layout but if you want to keep it but not make it available, I suggest to just duplicate the page and hide the page withe phone layout.

Until there is a way to exit the Mobile Layout view in Power BI, there needs to be a way to keep developers from accidentally hitting this and losing a great deal of work.

No need to disable anything, you can simply go to View tab in powerBI (desktop),  then you see Mobile Layout, click on mobile layout remove items from mobile layout grid and save your report.

That should solve your problem.

 Thanks @danextian

That's what I did for now. I am expecting that Microsoft can a switch to turn on/off the phone layout .

Yes this is what I did to disable the phone layout. But what I am looking for is a switch that I can turn on/off the phone layout. It helps a lot in the process of developing and publishing a report formally to a team. I want to save the phone layout and publish it when the phone layout are good for my audience.

Hi @Charlie_zhuang ,

After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now. For your requirement, you can come up with a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.
