Different target value per region

Hi Team,

I have a table with Region and sales values. and each region has different goals to achieve.

I need to create a measure like, if region = "emea" then 95%, if region = "apac" then 96% etc....

How can i create this measure

@Anonymous , Best you create a table with Region and % or create a new column in Region dimension
