Desktop Settings Not Visible

Hi everyone, I am trying to adjust some settings in Power BI Desktop,

Has "Preview" at the end of the title, does this mean these settings will be be available in the next Power BI update, and why I cant currently see them in my Power BI desktop version?

Preview features can be enabled at File --> Options and settings --> Options --> Preview features.
