Date of data update

Hello everybody, 

I want to have the date of the actual day, for that is good, but for the hour I would like that it is blocked at : 00:15. Because the data are update everyday at 00:15 am. 

Actually I have put this request : 

and the result is : 

And what I expect to have is :

15/07/2021   00:15:00

with the date which is updated and with the time fixed all the time. 

Can somebody could help me or now how to do it ?

Please try this expression instead

= Date.From(DateTime.LocalNow()) & #time(0,15,0)
