I am new on power BI, basically I added four cards on a report as below
now the task is to apply date filter on all the cards
@Anonymous , assume your table has a date if they are from one table. Or you have a common date table if they are from more than one date table.
Use slicer visual on a date or use that as page-level filter

As you suggested, I used visual level filter and page-level filter but only one active vendor card is filtering
