Database connection port :8080 problam

Hello, I have a problem with connecting to the database via Power BI.
I can log in to the database via PhpMyAdmin, but I want to connect via Power BI.

Login to the server is done via port :8080 PMA.

Have any of you connected to the database like this?
I heard that the solution might be to configure the connection via ODBC? Unfortunately, I don't know how to configure it.

I do not know if I understand correctly.

Login via PhPMyAdmin

Yes, I connect to the database via

url containing <IP>:<port>

Then enter the username and password for the database, as is usually done in phpMyAdmin
