Data validation to flag blank rows in a column

Hi Everyone,

Im wanting to know if its possible to flag all the rows from a certain column that are blank and email a list of all these rows to be looked over by admin

Happy to incorporate power automate if its possible on there 

I'm quite new to powerbi but if there is a solution can i see images of how to do this

@Anonymous , You can create visual where you can check using visual level filter is blank and can use power automate to share result

if you need a column then you can create one like

COlumn 2

= if (isblank( [Column1]),1 ,0)

Will any visual work? How is powerautomate applied to the visual?
