Data transformation help - Unpivot selected rows to columns

Hi BI experts out there, any help will be appreciated.

I have been struggling with this data transformation for the past couple of hours!

I want BI to maintain the first 4 columns (green), and unstack the row data (blue) across the columns 

 

So this is what I want after my transformation:

I try doing unpivot/unpivot columns, tranpose, etc. but all to no avail.

Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much @Ashish_Mathur for your brillant solution!

I will now try your steps with a bigger pool of data, and hopefully I can follow your logic if I were to hit any hurdles with the larger sample. 

I can't say i fully understand the logic of the group and ungrouping yet, but I will be sure to study it to learn from your steps.
