Hello,
I have a data source that is connected to a google sheet. I connected originally through the WEB option usin the sheet's shareable link. I have been working with it for a while now and have not had any issues with refreshing it using the "refresh" button.
Today, when refreshing, I am getting no new data. I have confirmed there are new rows in the source, but they are not coming through when refreshing.
Any thoughts? Is there a limit to the # of rows it will read from a google sheet?
So, I found a solution I think on another message board (Qlik), and I tested it out in Power BI and it pulls in all rows. It seems as though connecting like I did originally limits to 100 rows. I tested importing a new source using the link format suggested in the Qlik post did pull in all rows (https://community.qlik.com/thread/160989).
BUT, now a follow-up question... can I somehow change the source link in my original source to avoid having to re-import and recreate all the transforms and calculations that I've done on my original data??
In the Query Editor - select your table - on the right side under Query Settings select the 1st Applied Steps Source - double click
