how I calculate problem like this to calculate sum with group per month and find correct result for total target per month

I Have 4  Column :

i want to calculate sum  target salesforce every month, target is average daily, so per month per sales is same

and also i want calculate total target per month that, i want target per month is 15 (target sales a & B), but when i calculate average the value isi 7.5 per month

help me to solve thiss

can you help me again,
in this case, how i can get total target
that function just average per month, 
i have case to summarize target from januari to februari that mean
jan target is 15
feb target is 15
so jan to feb is 30
in that case summary jan to feb is 15 again
