DAX IF formula based on YTD of the prior month

Hi all.

My current DAX formula is:

Measure = IF(TODAY()>('Date'[Date]),"Actual","Forecasted")

So, that labels the data as Actual if it the date is today or before, and Forecasted if the date is tomorrow through the future.

Is there a way to label the data to be Actual based on the prior months? So, as of today, March 12, only January and February would be labeled as Actuals.

Try

Measure = IF(EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)>('Date'[Date]),"Actual","Forecasted")
