Hi,
I am looking for this kind of boxes to be dynamically populated in power BI, for every record of a particular column. That is, a colour coded box (colour based on a condition) and within it a value form another field. Is this possible?
Hi @dpuja
take a look at the following link: https://exceleratorbi.com.au/conditional-formatting-using-icons-in-power-bi/
With kind regards from the town where the legend of the 'Pied Piper of Hamelin' is at home

Hi @FrankAT Thanks for the link.
But what I'm looking for is to embed a text into a image -like in the pic in my first post. Any idea if its possible?
hi @dpuja - Are you very particular about the image box with the background color?
Cause this can be achieved using conditional formating similar to excel as seen in the below screen grab

@Sumanth_23 Yeah, unforatuntely, I need those boxes. Is there a way to get those?
@dpuja - Unfortunately I do not think there is an option to control button colors conditionally based on row level values in Power BI desktop 😐
