Customise Shaded area in PowerBI or alternative visuals to meet the below requirement

Hi, 

I want the below visual result. See snip 1. The closest I could get to was see snip 2. If I could customise the shahded area, I can turn off the Black shaded areas in the bottom left graph of the 2nd snip however, that option is not available plus it is not the desried outcome (snip 1) anway. Could you please suggest if there are any visuals I can get from the market place or if there is any other way I can achieve snip 1 result in PowerBI. TIA.

@Anonymous , I doubt I have seen visual like first one, check for custom visual or charticulator
