At my organisation we use custom districts for the area of operation. For that reason I have developed a custom shape file. However, the shapes of the districts alone don't make much sense, for sopmeone not used to them. Therefore, I am looking for an option to use shape map as overlay over Bing map (like filled map, but with custom areas).
Is there any way to do it?
Maybe someone has developed a custom visual to do that?

For shape map visual, you need to create a shape file manually or download them from every map over the internet easily.
