Culmulative Count is not Working

Hi, Experts,

I would appreciate it if you can help.

I would like to count the rows which the date is less than max date. I refered some community Dax, but it always return 1 instead of the culmulative count.

z count of date 1 = CALCULATE(COUNTA('3 Concur Specialist Timecard'[End Date]),FILTER(ALL('3 Concur Specialist Timecard'[End Date]),'3 Concur Specialist Timecard'[End Date] <= MAXX('3 Concur Specialist Timecard','3 Concur Specialist Timecard'[End Date])))

Could you please help to check why it always return 1?

Thank you.

I am not sure how your expected outcome looks like, but please try the below calculated column.

z count of date 1 CC =
VAR currentenddate = '3 Concur Specialist Timecard'[End Date]
RETURN
COUNTROWS (
FILTER (
'3 Concur Specialist Timecard',
'3 Concur Specialist Timecard'[End Date] <= currentenddate
)
)
