Hi everyone,
I have been requested to handle Holidays of our emplyees in our reporting.
Regardless of a model, how would you handle a holiday table taht is specific to let us say 30 people each taking different days as holidays on top of official and bank holidays?
Is there a relationship that is feasible?
Example:
Employee A has done no retail visits on 20/01
If we look at holiday Calendar we can see he has a holiday that day
RETURN = 20/01 does not count as working day for Employee A.
I did a search and does not seem to find this. In my mind it is feasible but I just have the feeling it might get very tricky.
Thanks for any advice
Thibbos
Hi @amitchandak have you got any idea based on the sample I gave you above?
Thanks and no worries if you dont
@thibbos , do you have holiday list employee wise
@amitchandak yes we do. We have 10 fixed holidays valid for everyone. Aside of that, everyone can take 20 days on top (whenever) during the year.
Basically it would look something like that
Employee 1 | Employee 2 | Employee 3 | Employee 4 | Employee 5 | Employee 6 | |
01/01/2023 | holiday | holiday | holiday | holiday | holiday | holiday |
02/01/2023 | holiday | no holiday | holiday | holiday | no holiday | holiday |
03/01/2023 | holiday | no holiday | holiday | holiday | no holiday | holiday |
04/01/2023 | holiday | no holiday | holiday | holiday | no holiday | no holiday |
