So going for my second post hope help is as fast as the first one.
I am trying to create a new column in a table based on values in 2 other columns and then populating the new column with data from a 4th column.
Here is an example of the data:
table = Gantt Chart table
If issue type = epic use parent link to find the parent-key in issue_key and then use the summary of the parent_link and theparent_link value and populate it in a new column called parent_summary.
issue_key | summary | parent_link | issue_type | parent_summary (New column) |
GDES-20654 | Do some work | Story
GDES-56713 | Build Waggle | GDES-66684 | Epic | GDES-66684: Waggle Launch |
GDES-66684 | Waggle Launch | Initiative
GDES-56142 | test my work | Story
GDES-55651 | Build the widget | GDES-57785 | Epic | GDES-57785: Widget Creation |
GDES-57785 | Widget creation | Initiative |
