Create new column with team & manager

Hi guys,

In my employee table, I want to create a new column in DAX that shows the team the employee comes from plus the manager. Like the following example:

How can I based on team and title create column "Team & Manager"?

[Team] & " - " & maxx(filter( Table, [team] =earlier([Team]) && [title]="Manager"),[Name])
