I would like to create a button in plain sight rather than expect the user to see the "..." to export the data from my visuals. Is there a way to make a button mimic exactly what the "Export data" selection does?

I was able to do a workaround by creating a button > Action > Web URL. I copied the link to the Excel file (minus any link info after the filename so it doesn't just open the file) and it initiates the Save As dialog.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I saw that video but Power Automate doesn't appear to have a "Save As" feature built into it--rather, it's built-in flows require to connect to another program such as Outlook or SharePoint. There may be a way to do what I need in Power Automate, but if it isn't built-in, I have no idea how to do it.

Would be helpful to show how you got the URL. Thx.
Yeah, how did you get the link to the Excel file?
