Count number for past 30 day

Hello, 

 

Is there a way to calculate the amount of rows that have not been used in 30days+? 

 

I have a script which pulls this information but i want to be able to report on the accounts which have not been used in the 30days+

Hello, 

 

So i want to be able to report on how many accounts are ENABLED but haven't been logged into in 30days+

So i this screenshot the answer would be 1 account. Where as if it was FALSE in the enabled TAB it would be 0.
