Count and display as raw percentages

HI

Need a help.

See below Table 1 I created in PBI from my data set using count. However I need to display this figures as percentage of the raw.

Exactly like Table 2.

Anybody can help me to do this?

Hi @Shehang,

If I understand your scenario correctly that you want to show the value as Percentage?

If it is, after you calculate the value you could set the data format to be Percentage like below.

If you still need help, please share some data sample as table and your desired output in Power BI.

Best Regards,

Cherry

Hi @Shehang,

I have made a test with your data sample, everthing works as expected.

You could click the fail % column and then click percentage format under Modeling tab.

You also could have a reference of my test pbix which has been attached below.

If you still need help, please share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce your issue, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

Hi Cherry,

Yellow highlighted "Format percentage" is disabled in Power BI. Not sure its dissabled for PowerBI desktop.

See below Data set and Results I wanted to display.

Hi Cherry,

Got the point. I got the count by adjusting properties of each feilds.

But you have got the count using a formula.
