Could not load model schema

Hi I'm facing a problem and hope you guys can help. I've been using power bi on a standalone cpu and is working fine. Recently I've downloaded the software on an internal LAN network and after successfully installed, the program shows could not load model schema upon powering up the software. What could be the problem? The only difference between the 2 cpu is one is running on windows 7 professional and the one which not be loaded is home premium. Does it affect the function of the software or does the the problem lies with the internal LAN. Thanks

Hi @SDAT,

One possibility is the version of the Desktop in the internal network is too old. Please check it and upgrade it to the latest version. Can you post the snapshots of the error messages and the details, please?

Best Regards,
Dale
