Cont show value as percent of column. Only as percent of total.

Hi 

I have a line chart shown values over time. From year 201u to 2019. I would like to show these yearly values as percent of each year.

How big percentage did each (in this case) TV-channel have each year. If I chose a matrix there is no problem. Ia can chose percenage of total, column and row. However..

If I chose a line char instead the only option is "show value as percentage odf total sum". It´s the same data and the same table. 

I realy want to use the line chart and I cant understand why the options for showing the data are different.
