Constant on a line chart with hierarchies

I have Master, SalesPerson, Quota, Order and Date fields in a Sales table. I create a hierarchy: Master -> Sales Person. The Sales Persons have quotas and the Master quota is the combined quota of all his/her Sales Person's quotas. I create a measure called "Quota of Sales Person = SUM (Sales(Quota))". I also have a rolling total for the Sales Person and when I put the quota, rolling total for the Sales person I get something like this:

Now, when I try it with Masters, I get this:

I want the quota line to be constant but my quota measure won't work for it. I need help writing a measure for the Masters quota

hard to know with the very little information you have provided.

firstly can you show exactly what fields you have placed where in the visual , provide more screeenshots, where the fields are, what type of axis you have chosen.  Please also provide a sample of the data with the measures you have created or ideally the pbix.
