Considering the current month for the duration

Hi,

My slicer is April So I want to find the difference between start date and end date. But for the duration I want to consider only the current month start date to today based on the slicer selection if my end date is blank.

Hi @GS10

Assuming that you want to calculate the duration in days and just basing on the  information provided, here's a sample formula

Duration Column =
VAR __START = data[start date]
VAR __END =
COALESCE ( data[end date], TODAY () ) -- return today's date if end date is blank
RETURN
DATEDIFF ( __START, __END, DAY )

If this doesn't address your use, please provide a workable sample data (not an image) and your expected result from that.
