Hi all,
I have several "card" visuals in my power Bi report, which sow sales and variances to budget and forecast. I added conditional formatting so that it would turn red if the number<0, and green if it is >0.
How I formatted these cards is: Clicked on the card visual, then under visualizations, clicked on format, then on background, and besides the word "color" theres 3 dots. I clicked there and selected conditional formatting:
This works fine in Desktop, but when I published, for some reason all cards appear white, with no background (i.e conditional formatting not working).
I looked in the report while online to see if the conditional formatting is still there, and it is. this is a screenshot taken while looking at the published report:
Does anyone have any idea as to why this might be happening?
Thanks!

Hi , @rilimonv
I tested it again in msit today, and the problem seems to be fixed.
Is it resolved on your side?

Hi , @rilimonv
For the issue, I cannot reproduce it here.It works well in my powerbi service.
Can you use my pbix file to test it again in your powerbi Service?
What connection mode you are using and what type of your datasoure?

@v-easonf-msft thanks for sharing. I continue to have the same issue - works fine in Power Bi desktop but once I publish, the card won't pull the conditional formatting.
I am connected to a server using analysis server, and then to a dataset which is a cube.
I should add that in the same report, i have a matrix with conditional formatting and it works fine both in powerbi desktop as well as when i publish. the issue seems to be only with the cards.
