I have a problem with conditional formatting.
I am quite new in Power BI so I will be gratefull for any clues.

If you pull your field [DateDIF] into the visual and set it to SUM what does it show for that second row? If there are 3 rows with a value of 21 then the SUM would be 63 and that is outside the range. Just a thought.
