Conditional Formula to show result by day

How to create a conditional formula in DAX to show a daily result based on a specific colunm as the example below? Thanks!

Add the following DAX formula to your table as a new column:

Conditional result = 

CALCULATE(
    CONCATENATEX(
        VALUES('Table'[Letters]),
        'Table'[Letters]
    ),
    ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Day])
)
