Hi All
i need to create a report which pulls in a cobmination actual values and forecast values - the actuals value wont change but the forecast values will on a regualr basis
Therefore i may intial thinking was that the actuals values would be pulled via import mode with the forecast values being direct query - there would be quite a lot of rows alltogether so wouldnt want all the data pulling back via direct query
i just wondered if anyone could provide advice on the best way to create the model, is is best to have 2 x fact tables, Actuals in import and forecast in direct query or is there a better way to handle
thanks in advance
David

@davidv85 , All common dimensions and actual as import mode. Forecast as direct query
