Column totals

Hi,

Below are the columns I have,

bills, walk in, target.

have created a measure:

Measure1= Divide(bills, walk in,0)

All these are put in a matrix.

Issue 1: Values are correct except for the total of Measure1 column. I want the total of this column to be Divide(bills, walk in,0). Right now it's just totaling up the values of all the rows.

Issue 2: the target column is calculated as below: Sum(targetsTable[target])

here row wise it's okay, but total of this column I want to display the average target.

Please advise.

So, the following information will show you how to do something different for the total from what is the default behavior.

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

Did you made also a SUM of bill and walk in before put them into DIVIDE()?
Like you did for Sum(targetsTable[target])
