I am using the folder data connection to bring in multiple excel workbook (specific sheet). Each one needs some basic cleanup but most importantly I need to add a column based upon the value in Row1 Column 7 of each. For instance, lets say the spreadsheets have data about the historical weather for each state. In Row 1 Column 7 there is a value of "Alabama Historical Weather Data". I need to extract Alabama and create a column with that value in it for each row. Any idea how to start this?

Im not sure how to upload the actual file but here is a screenshot. I would want to use the value in Column D Row 2, parse out the word Alabama, and create a new column with the word Alabama in it.
Can you share the file using google drive or dropbox
