Hi All,
I am looking to add/subtract columns from a singular matrix; and for what I think should be something easy to do, it is proving difficult.
To help explain my thinking, I would like to take "1- Opening" and add "2 - Total Credits" then subtract "3 - Total Debits" to give me the "4 - Closing" value. Essentially, I would like this to serve as a check to make sure that all my information is pulling in correctly.
Also, here are the tables I am using to get my information:
Absent the "Category 1" it is all coming from the same table.
Hi there!
You can try something like
Measure =
SUMX (
SUMMARIZE (
'Summary',
'Summary'[Column1],
'Summary'[Column2],
'Account Table'[Category 1]
),
[1- Opening] + [2 - Total Credits] - [3 - Total Debits]
)
Let me know if that helps!
