Changing colors for items that are not in Legend field

See NPS page - I am trying to get a chart that I am tracking NPS score by site, but Id like each of the bars to be the same color if it's the same site.  Each bar represents a diff month, but when I place month into legend , I can only change colors for the month.  I've included a screen shot of the what I'm looking for, thanks in advance.
