The goal is to publish a report and have the contact as a dedicated support inbox. I read a few post and it noted that you can take over another person's report and have the contact be yourself. But I was not able to find anything where we can have it as a support inbox ( ex: Support@PowerBIReporting.com ). Or have the contact be the name of a team ( ex: Power BI Reporting ).
Any advice on how to make this work will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @win_anthony ,
By default the person who creates a report or dashboard is the contact for it.
If you set a value, it overrides that default. You can of course remove all the people or groups from the contact list. When you do this, for classic workspaces, the Microsoft 365 group for the workspace will be shown. For new workspaces, the workspace contact list is shown. If the workspace contact list isn't set, then workspace admins are shown.
In a workspace, select the All tab.
Locate the desired item, select More options (...) > Settings.
3. Locate the Contact input field and set a value.
