Cannot install R packages. Any ideas please?

Error Message:
Failed to install dependency 'plotly' to 'C:\Users\**i\Library\3.5.2\plotly'.
Make sure 'https://cran.r-project.org' is accessible and contains the package 'plotly' compatible with the installed R version.
If you keep getting this error, clearing out 'C:\Users\Ajith.Dharmakeerthi\Library' might help.
