This seems to be a data source connection issue. May I know what data source you are using? What is the connection type? Does the report run and refresh well in Power BI Desktop? How is the privacy level set? If it's a on-premises data source, is the gateway and data source installed and properly configured?

@Anonymous , Seem like not able to connect to the source. Clear permission from -> Transform Data -> Data Source setting .
